Welcome to a two day scientific conference celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Swedish patients gaining online access to their electronic health records through “Journalen”!
We have an exciting schedule with Swedish and international researchers who will discuss different aspects of patients access to their records. We invite researchers, healthcare professionals, patients and anyone else with an interest in these topics to join us.
The conference is held in the Uppsala University main building, and coffee and lunch will be served to everyone who register. A fee to cover the cost for lunch/coffee will be charged (700 SEK for two days or 350 SEK for one day). An optional 3-course celebration dinner will be held on Wednesday Nov 9, at an additional cost (600 SEK). After registering, we will contact you with information of how to pay (invoice or swish options are available).
